Spring 2023 mixtape + Sounds Coming Out of the Land radio show dropping on Amsterdam's Echobox Radio this Sunday 5/7

Hello!

Today is the day I receive keys to my cute house in the Land pictured here, so I’m pretty much just dropping a quick line to let you know about two things I am proud of and excited to share with you.

The first: my spring mixtape is here. It tells the story of my journey back to Cleveland and how I came to be, just today, a homeowner, something that I absolutely never thought I would realistically be able to accomplish and literally my most far-reaching goal in life. It’s a real potent brew, fam.

The second: on Sunday, May 7th, the first episode of my new radio show, Sounds Coming Out of the Land, is live on Amsterdam’s Echobox radio at 10:00 Land Time and 16:00 ‘Dam Time. You do not want to miss it, but in case you have to, it will be available on Mixcloud later. Once it’s available as an archive, I will add a button to it on my linktree, so people can access it through there. This show is going to be a way that I structure my research for my book about how Northeast Ohio modernized rock music and share the work as I am doing it for a good, long time. I’m honored that these folks agree this regional scene deserves a monthly show and I’m flattered to be a part of the same creative community as Andy Moor. Beyond all that, I’m extremely grateful to have some deadlines imposed on this massive undertaking to break it up into reasonable chunks and make sure I get it done.
